Performance Issues with OutBound Batches

We have been seeing a very huge impact to outbound batch performance in our application. The batch is triggered via an agent activity which triggers a number of dataflows. Batch run times have almost tripled. Investigation of Logs and DB trace have not pointed to any DB or application issues. Pega version is 7.2.2.

It was also found that a docker version upgrade was done for the environment from 1.12 to 18.09 and the performance issue happened immediately after that.

Please let us know if you have faced something similar or any suggestions to debug the issue.
