There are some fixes for memory leak issues for Customer service, need to cross check at your end any memory leak happening from Customer service framework code. Have you raised any SR with Pega GCS? We have open an SR for that (SR-C60791) but for the support, there is no hotfix to resolve this issue. I went through the SR, so it can be something done from Microsoft Edge support. Yes IE11 has some performance issue when it comes to rendering css code.
