Personal Edition - Returns error 'http://localhost:8080/prweb/PRServlet' page not found while launching PDN 8.5.1

Hello Everyone, I have installed PEGA 8.5.1 personal edition on my laptop, while I try to launch it returns the error as below " http://localhost:8080/prweb/PRServlet" page not found. 

Could you please help me to rectify this issue?
