Phone book for PegaCALL configure from DB table
Pega's documentation says that "Phone numbers are configured in Pega rules or are retrieved by integrating with an external system.".
On Configuring the CTI link there is only option to map a phone book which has to be created separately and the numbers needs to be entered manually. Is there any OOTB option to fetch the phone number from a DB table directly, so that all newly added numbers gets picked up by the phone book automatically?
But this is the reason I am confused. If there is no such option how can Pega mention that option in the document. Even any other non OOTB option is also appreciated but I could not find a way to configure the same.
