Phone Icon is missing in CPMInteraction Portal Header tabs after upgrade from 7.3 to 8.4

We have upgraded our CRM application from 7.3 to 8.4, After that the phone icon in header tabs is missing when a new case is created. When we compared the Interaction portal of portal, we can see the section pyCustomDCTabSection is refered in the header tabs, which display the phone icon. But in our migrated portal that section is not referred.

We have used LiveUI tool to see rule reference for pyCustomDCTabSectoin, it doesn't help.

Can someone help us to solve this issue.
