I just wanted to confirm the rescue account attached will have access to modify/reset the firstname.lastname@example.org account? I was under the impression this password could only be changed after logging in with that account and opening the profile (rather than the standard operator password reset button).
Please note the newly imported operator(rescue) thru CLI will only help to login into system but won't help in to reset the password of email@example.com Pega supplied operator ID. You have to log in with firstname.lastname@example.org itself to be able to change the password.
The only way out here is to delete the email@example.com operator and export the same operatorID(known password) from other environments thru the command line and use it as administrator ID.
