Paid audiences consist of individuals who have had the corresponding Next-Best-Action offer decision made (e.g. Sales - Handsets - Pixel3). This can be in response to a real-time container or scheduled run.
Optionally the Paid Audience can be more specific based on customer-level data such as offer propensity using a Paid Media Strategy (e.g. Sales - HandSets - Pixel3 - High CPM). For Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads we leverage CRM matching APIs to target individuals.
These audiences can then be targeted with the appropriate ad campaigns on these platforms. Optionally we can partially generate the ad campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads and associate the appropriate audience. However, someone on the advertising operations team still needs to finish the ad set configuration (ad creative, bidding , budget, etc.).
