Prevent a resolved case from Reopen
Hi,
I am working in Pega 7.2. Once a work item reaches the resolved-completed status I don't want users to be able to reopen the item.
Appreciate any suggestions.

Hi Dougy,
The Reopen-work item action is configured under the Actions Menu. So you could remove it from there, and the user will not be able to reopen the resolved-complete case.
You can refer the Steps to reproduce in the below SA article to check how this is configured: https://pdn.pega.com/support-articles/re-open-work-item-action-not-working-menu. You just have to remove the action "Reopen-work item".
