Problem with operator instance saving
Hello,
I am changing the email address of an operator in production level but the email address goes back to it's old value some time later. This situation repeat many times. I changed the email address of the operator like 8-10 times but still when I open the operator's profile some time later, I see the old email address. This is so awkward. What could cause this situation ?

Do you have an external process that syncs up the Operator data with another source? What do you see on the history tab of the Operator rule?
