I always end up with http://9080 only - in both the VMware Player Workstation and VirtualBox. When I try ifconfig in the VM, I get garbage characters (not digits) in the inet6 URL - picture attached. I have already been through the post - https://pdn.pega.com/community/pega-academy/question/http9080-url-vmware Can someone let me know why this is happening and what can be done to correct this error? ***Moderator Edit: Vidyaranjan | Moved from PSC to Academy*** System Administration Installation and Deployment Pega Academy × Close popover Facebook Twitter Linkedin Email Copy Link Copied! I had to go to Ubuntu Forums to find that I had to Edit /etc/network/interfaces in the VM. But that particular directory is locked in the SAE VM. So I set the Network Adapter to NAT in my virtual machine. With this setting, the VM now shows a proper URL. Not sure if it will work for you but with this setting I am getting a URL and am able to login. Does this forum work? No replies to my thread except from me.
