When trying to to upgrade our solution to 19.1, it won't complete the upgrade process because of this error:
Design file assembly references information not found., Verbose Message: General Information
The studio log file has this entry before the error message appears in the studio log file.
The solution is no longer referencing version 18.104.22.168 of this assembly.

@ScottC37 I believe this may require someone to get a copy of your solution. If you can open a support case, then I would suggest that. If not, then usually this just means that there's an invalid reference in one or more of your solution files. This can be narrowed down by finding the referenced assemblies in the logs and then searching for those inside of the solution files (use Notepad++ as it has the capability to search within files in a folder). Finding these and deleting them will usually work. If they are needed, then you can add the latest version as a reference.
