The Process iexplore.exe failed to start within the given timeframe. Continue waiting?
We are getting this error intermittently "The Process iexplore.exe failed to start within the given time frame. Continue waiting?". When we launch the application manually we don't see any timeout issue.
This issue is coming up on runtime users, I was not able to replicate in studio. I have set he below properties of the adapter. Please let me know how to troubleshoot the issue ?
Have set the BrowserBitnes to default.
Have increased the StartTimeOut to 30000
Pega Robotics version : 8.0.2039.0.
OS : Win 7 enterprise SP1 on both runtime and also on development machine.
Assuming this issue is sporadic then it may be that your machine is exceptionally slow, and starting your web adapter may not allow enough time for IE to start. I do know that there have been speed improvements with the launching of IE as well as fixes that may be causing this issue in the 6 months since that version was released.
If this is a more permanent issue (i.e. it happens every time on certain machines), a Windows update may be the cause and an update to a later version of Pega Robotics Runtime may be necessary.
