Process stucked

Hi Community,


I have a process that performs a SOAP call based on a date and resolves a case.

In this case my process is to execute for 2020 05 21, but it failed, I mean failed because I see the case is still open.

I've been checking the tracer for Activity/Steps, SOAP call, Assignments, but I do not see any relevant information that is usable.

How can I get to see more information about my issue?
