Posted: 1 year agoDeven NCS replied to DevenIssue fixed by SR-D8999. Posted: 1 year agovetsg PEGA replied to DevenThe issue happens only if we use Jboss redhat EAP version of server for pega deployment. The following local-change will resolve these issues: Step 1: Shutdown the application server. Step 2: Connect to PRPC Database schema and execute the following statements to update 'pr_engineclasses' table, so that our version of the PRPC serializer.jar file is Not Loaded : update PegaRULES.pr_engineclasses set pzcodeset='pega-enginecodenouse' where PegaRULES.pr_engineclasses.pzjar like '%serializer%' or PegaRULES.pr_engineclasses.pzjar like '%xalan%'; commit; Step 3: Delete the files from the pega-temporary directory. Step 4: Restart the server. Step 5: Re-test the behavior.
