Published KM article is not showing up in "All Contents", only shows up in "My Contents"
I am using Pega 7.2.2. I am able to publish an article and it shows the status as "Resolved-Published". But when I go to Knowledge - Content, I am not able to find that article. Even when I filter for the Author, I do not see that article. But that same article shows up under "My Contents".
How do I see the article under "All Content" or Knowledge - Content?
We were able to figure out the issue. There was a set limit of 500 total rows that will be displayed in the "All content". So, anything that is created that go past 500, will not be displayed on the "All content" but will show if you do a search for the same. That is why I was able to see the articles in "My Content". The issue was with the row limit as well as the sorting on the column. The sorting was on "Name" rather than "Created On". If the sorting was done on the "Created On", then at least I would have seen the latest published articles.
