I am using pega 7.3 with an email listener configured to create cases of incoming emails. I have used the OOTB wizard to create these.
There is a possibility to prefer HTML format of the email when parsing the body. Pega attaches the email to the case and also creates a Pulse post. My problem is that in the pulse the raw HTML string is shown, without any formatting. Is there any OOTB way to fix this?

The thing I have changed is the following setting on the service email, to be able to work with HTML content.
The listener sends a comment to the Pulse automatically, it gets displayed as a html string.
