PVS download - no application directory and vmware
When I extract the contents of any pvs download, I don't see the application directory containing Vmware. I had previously installed and run 6.2. Then before starting to work on 7.1, I uninstalled VMWare to start afresh. I feel that the reason for application directory not being available is related to the previously installed Vmware. If anybody has a solution, kindly provide it to me,

I did put the issue on the link suggested by you first. Its been 2 weeks but have not got a response yet. So I tried putting the question here hoping to find an answer. I saw on the forms that a few others also face the same issue. The issue is not related to windows 10 since I am using windows 7. Earlier I was able to run the pvs fine for pega 6.2, However, after I uninstalled the earlier VMWare, I have been facing this issue for any further Pvs downloads. I want to download and run pvs for doing exercise for pega 7.1 cssa course and 6.2 Integration Specialist course.
Understood. I downloaded the pvs server yesterday for another course (mobility 7.1.8), same thing no vmware included. Instead I went on to the vmware website and downloaded the latest vmware workstation 12 (free for non-commercial use) player. After installing it, I can use it to load the pvs server.
