pxWorklink doesn't work when more than one application exists in operator profile

We used to make use pxWorkLink control to open the cases from email for users. Upto now users had only one application in their profile, so clicking on the link used to launch the case with all the sections rendered properly.

But we have added one more application for the users now, and if the users happen to click the worklink of a case which is not the default application (default access group selected), then half of the information on the review harness does not render.

Is there a way to set the context of the case to proper application and open the case in review mode with proper rendering?
