Question about Intent Tasks
Hi,
Implementing Pega Customer Service (7.2) Course >> (LESSON) >> Expose Services with Intent Tasks >> (TOPIC)>> After Completing Categories & Intent Tasks Lesson >> QUIZ.
In the Quiz - First Question :
Intent Tasks are ----------------------
last option : Able to be added to multiple categories.
As per academy lesson - A Single Task can appear in more than one category. Example : A Task : "OpenNew Account" can be in both "Account" Category & in "General" Category.
But when I choose this option and Submit - System says...
Sorry, this is incorrect.
Each Intent Task can only be associated to one category.
Can someone please clarify/explain this.
