Queue Item Status - Immediate
Hello,
We have file service with Service Request Processor. When the file is processed the queue entries will be created by OOTB agent (ProcessServiceQueue), but most of the times the queue items will be staying in 'Immediate' state for ever and not being processed. What could be the reason? and when the queue item will be moved to 'Immediate' state?
