Queue Processor - Not able to trace in 8.1.1

Hello team,

I am facing some issuess with Queue-For-Processing. Not able to trace the queued items. I am using 8.1.1 version.  Below is the requirement.

Requirment: Cases has to be created for non transactional data and the data resides in an external table. I have created a data page  for the external table and looping through the results in an activity and calling the "Queue-For-Processing" for each result. I am using dedicated queue and step page blank and also used Advanced option "Queue current snapshot of page" to true.

Still i am not able to trace and seeing "Processed in last hour" count is increment and no error. There is no pzInsKey for the data in external table. Not sure if this is the reason.
