Queued Intent Task

Hi I have a requirement to auto queue an SR on launch of Interaction Driver. I configured the action as "Queued" in the criteria tab of the Intent tasks with required Intent When conditions evaluating to true.

But at runtime,I see the task showing up under Suggested Task. is this expected behavior? I was expecting the intent to show up under task list to be completed. ( similar to intents created after Add Task )
