I am working with Pega 7.4 and I have an horizontal radio buttons who is overlapping each others when the user zoom in 200%, there are a way to change to vertical orientation or something as breakpoint in the responsive style?

Yes I know that, and now the numbers of items before new row is 4, it works well and I cannot change because it is a brand style.
The problem is only when zoom in 200%, responsive style does not work on it
To the best of my knowledge there is no Out of the box way of achieving this. But his could be easily achieved through applying 2 lines of CSS on "div.radioTable span" with your custom class may be in radio button prop panel. Below are the screenshots.
I tried in 7.4 UIGallery and reduced my screen size (almost equivalent to increasing zoom level) and could change horizontal radio buttons to vertical. Please let us know if this helps.
