I am using raise events on controls in Chrome and if i make the VM machine active those are working as expected and if i close the VM connection the raise events are started failing and the controls are not being matched
i have around 95% success rate when the machine is active and all the cases are failing when i close the VM connection
@SrinivasaK5777 I have seen pages where events are not reacted to if the workstation is locked. I would suggest ensuring that the workstation remains unlocked while you are performing automation steps.
@SrinivasaK5777 The RPA service will login to a VM (which presumably means it is unlocked). If you have a timeout set and the machine can lock after a period of idle time, then you'd need to disable (or defeat it by writing something to move the mouse periodically) that if you want to ensure the bot is running unlocked.
