Is there any specific design consideration behind making "Manage Treatments" option enabled only for Inbound channel Treatments? I don't see "Manage Treatments" for Outbound channels in the recent CDH versions. Eager to understand the Rationale behind making the "Managed Treatments" available only for the Inbound channel Treatments.
Making "Manage Treatments" agnostic of channels could have been the right design as it will be easy to manage the Treatments if it is being stored as Decision Data (managing the bulk treatment changes could have been handy).
The Manage treatment option was indeed added as a way to manage DDR based channel treatments in bulk through import/export. This option is available for all DDR based channels with the exception of external Emails and SMS.
In the coming release of CDH (8.8), we will support the ability to export/import directly from the landing page for all DDR based channels, including email and SMS. This means you will no longer need to open the DDR rule, checkout/in and import but can perform this task right from the landing page.
