Reasons for app not updating on Ipad?
I've noticed that changes I made to the portal in Pega are not reflected in the iPad app even days afterward. Is there a way to update the application? I've logged off and logged back on numerous times, as well as restarted the iPad.
- Open private session in iPad Safari and see if the changes reflect in that session. That will rule out if the changes are locally cached and are not getting picked up. You could also try using chrome in iPad and see if that reflects the changes.
- Check, if the changes done in the UI have responsive settings in respective dynamic layouts. If yes, you might want to tweak your dynamic layout to show in iPad resolution.
- Check if you have visibility when rule on to check the device type and your changes might not be showing because of that when rule kicking in.
