I am trying to open Rules from Record Explorer, nothing happening after clicking on the rule types. It is listing all the Categories (Technical etc.,) Rule Types (Activity), but when we click on the Rule Type no action is taking place.
I can Right Click and Open the results via View (Screenshot)
Issue with Activities: opening in expanding mode. Attached screenshot.

Thank you Anshuman for the details. We had Opened SR-C65567 and after we tried all possible options, we had to replace the rule base from a working environment and re-build all the configurations to resolve the issue.
