Refresh Strategy for a Node Level Data Page
Can you please let me know if there is no refresh strategy defined within a Node level data page and also the DSS - DeclarePages/DefaultIdleTimeSeconds is not available/defined, then will this node level data page be refreshed automatically ?
If yes, how the refresh strategy is defined at run time?

Thank you for the response. Somehow the data page that I have defined at the node level is getting refreshed automatically even though the refresh strategy is not defined. Also the DSS is also not defined.
Any idea how the data page is getting refreshed automatically ?
There are 2 ways how a node level data page can be refreshed.
Clear pages after non-use check box on the data page
Data page instances for a container reaches a set limit
If "Clear pages" checkbox is checked system checks for Reload if older than fields on the Load Management tab of the data page rule if any of the fields are not set then it checks for the value set for "DeclarePages/DefaultIdleTimeSeconds" either in DSS/prconfig xml.
Since you have said the DSS is not found ,can you please check the value in the corresponding node prconfig xml too and confirm?
By default pega maintains a limit for readonly data pages (defined in datapages/mrucapacity) after which system begins deleting older instances and are loaded back when referenced , but this is highly unlikely to occur in your case unless its a large application.
