Will this account be still usable (having my old company name - ABC) ?2. Should I create a new account with the new company name ?3. What happens to the certifications that are linked to my current account (yaswanth.kothapally@ABC.com) ?4. Posted: 2 years agoSurathM4 Accenture replied to YaswanthK4362Hi Yaswanth, Please follow below steps Steps:- 1)Login PDN 2)Click on Hello <Your Name> (Which is in top right corner) 3)Click on my profile 4)Then click on Edit profile link 5)Click Add alternate email and add your new company email address and click on Save Profile button. 6)Then you will receive an confirmation mail to your new company email address and just confirm the email. 7)Then login to your PDN account again and follow step 2,3 and 4 again. 8) Now you can see new alternate email address under Login Information section. 9) Just make it as Primary by clicking the link under it. 10)Click on Save Profile button. You are done Now :). Just login again with the new email address. Note : If you add your private email it will block some features in PDN. So it is better to use your company email all the time. I have my email with previous company but before switching to new company I added my personal email to the pega account. In my new company I created a new account ; and I need to link it to old account. Can you please guide what are the steps for this ?
