Regarding email correspndence
I am able to see the email attachment in a case but the email is not being sent to the user. Can anyone tell the solution for this?

There might be multiple reasons for this. Here are some, which I have faced.
Try tracing and check logs if the issue is still unidentified. Good Luck!
