Regarding Error "The process iexplore.exe failed to start within the given timeframe"

Regarding Error "The process iexplore.exe failed to start within the given timeframe"

This issue was occurring while one of the user, trying to invoke our automation.

The user is having windows version Win10 v1909 and Pega Robotics Studio 8.0.2061. Installed in her machine.

Could you please help me out to resolve this issue?
