Regarding the Robotic work basket case update status

This is a issue that we have encountered with the robot work basket. We have killed the VM which was working on the case A-23 [Please refer the screen shot] and the case status didn’t change back to “In complete” once the robot is up again [i.e. Even after the robot is back up and running the status didn’t change to incomplete]. Could you please let me know if there is a way to configure the status of the case in the pega tool? The SLA was set to 300 seconds for the workbasket. However the SLA didn't turn to red or PastSLA.
