Rename a case type menu item missing.

We are on 7.2.2 and are trying to rename a case type and we no longer see the option to rename a case type in the menu. It seems it is removed (screenshot of the rule attached). Interestingly, 7.2.2 help still talks about the Rename menu item to help rename a case type. Any thoughts?
