Please fix the routing configuration in your assignment first. Once that is fixed, you can try the following.
Click on 'Repair Flow Configuration' and then click on the 'Actions' button available in the top right corner and select "Restart problem flow from the beginning" option. After selecting this option, click on submit. The case will rerun the flow again. If the assignment routing configuration is corrected, then the case will go & sit in the operator's worklist as expected.
