Question3Replies390Views×Close popoversarita behera (saritab2) Accenture Accenture IN View ProfileSend Message saritab2 Member since 2015 18 posts Accenture Posted: April 17, 2018Last activity: April 19, 2018Posted: 17 Apr 2018 2:23 EDTLast activity: 19 Apr 2018 2:40 EDT Closed Report rescheduling issueHi Everyone,I am having an issue while re scheduling the report.Steps:Create a report and a report shortcut.Access the shortcut from the appropriate category.Click on schedule and schedule the report.Issue:Go to Reporting-Components-ScheduledTask in Designer studio and find the scheduled task.There was an error for which the scheduling failed and the reason was shortcut label being not equal to Name of report definition.In the process of scheduling shortcut label is copied as report definition name to the scheduled task(PX-ST-).I have changed the shortcut label,saved it .Deleted the entry from queue if it was there(System-Queue-ScheduledTask).Then deleted the PX-ST- case from Pega-ScheduledTask-Reporting and rescheduled the report. However this is not picking the new report name from the updated shortcut.Please let me know if anyone has any solution/suggestion for this.Thank you ! There is a button "Update" in the screen that appears. 3-Once you click on update you will have three options "save,cancel,delete" 4-I clicked on delete. The case gets updated. The instance is not removed. Please let me know if there is any way to create another case when I reschedule the report so that the report name in the case gets updated with new values.
