Request to add CTI Service-Java getMessageWaiting
We have a requirement to display an indicator on Pega phone login screen if there are any Voicemail messages available on Avaya for the logged in Agent. We are on Pega Platform 8.3.4. CS 8.3.
I do not see any method available in JTAPI CTI Service-Java. Is there a way I can add custom Service-Method and call Avaya to get a flag that VM are available for logged in Agent.
