When the text copied from MS Word with left and right alignment and pasted in Rich Text editor all the text values are changed to left alignment. User need to realign once again.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Copy the text from MS Word (a sample letter with Date right aligned and Body left aligned) 2. Paste it into Rich Text Editor control directly or through Paste Word option. 3. All the texts are right aligned.
1. Unchecked "Use line-break for new line (not recommended)" checkbox. 2. This results in extra line spacing when copied.

This is an issue with the CKEditor that Pega uses to implement the RTE.
At a high level there is no guarantee that we can maintain any formatting when copying and pasting from any given third party application. Your results may vary. And you may have a different level of success when you compare the behavior across alternate browsers as well.
For this specific use case you reported, it has already been reported in the past and evaluated by our SMEs as an enhancement.
