The idea is to collect relevant company skills and map them to specific roles.
Example 1: Skills: english A1, C++ knowledge, controlling Know-How etc. is assigned to Role A.
Example 2: Skills: german a2, Java knowledge, marketing Know-How etc. is assigned to Role B.
The requirement would to import this relevant Skills from SAP success factors (prior SAP HR) and map them to defined roles. If assigned skills to a person changes the system have to recognize the change and check if the person have to switch the role --> additionallly get other rights.
