Route an screenflow to work basket
Ho w to route an assignment in a screenflow to an workbasket. In pega 7 there is an option to put router activity but it is not taking the toworkbasket activity. Is there any work around? This is urgent.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Phani Thank you for the prompt response. This approach is currently in place but business didn't like the autosubmit and also it have a problem if user don't do anything with the object and it is still in his queue.
If User doesn't perform anything and is still in his queue, you can implement an SLA at the start of the screen flow using an utility. In the SLA activity try to reassign it to WB using ReassignToWorkBasket OOTB activity.
I found a nice way to fix this without additional assignments. You can add a parameter to the screenflow with teh name "SwitchToWorkbasket". When you call the screenflow make sure you pass the value: true
This will override the default behaviour and route it to a workbasket
Hi Geerj, I tried the same way as mentioned by you by adding a custom activity on the start shape and made switchtoworkbasket parameter as true, But still i am facing the error as data-admin-operatorID is not found. Could you please let me kow if am i missing anything
The main point is that you also set the parameter as input to the screenflow and not just the router activity. The parameter should then be forwarded into the activity as well of course. This way the parameter value gets reapplied whenever a new assignment is triggered.
