Can I transfer assignment automatically but use the FIFO method? For example there are 3 operators, when the first time will be transferred to operator 1 then to operator 2 and last to operator 3. If it has been transferred to operator 3 then it will return to operator 1 and so on. Is there a way to implement something like this?

Do you want to route it to random operator or you are going to create UI for selecting the operators hierarchy?
Long back we have implemented one scenario where we displayed multiple operators to select and provide ranking to them and then based on ranking we configured the routing using 'Split For each' with 'iterate' option.[Iterate-it will execute 'one-by-one']
Actually I don't want to route it randomly but based on the list that already has. Let's just say the list have 3 operators. Operator A, B and C. Each operators will get a case starting with operator A, then B and last C. If until operator C has got 1 case, then the next job that enters will be to operator A again and to the next operator then looping.
In this case also you can make use of 'Split For Each' with 'Iterate' option, and for same you can specify the loop logic based on the condition as well. Please check the attachment for more clarity. Once Operator C submits then flow will go to next decision shape and if you need to continue loop again you can send back the flow to 'Split For Each Shape'.
I have try, but there's an error in property page. Would you mind to explain to me what kind of page we try to implement here? And how does the split for each worked? Because I'm not found the spesific explanation nor the step to do that stage.
