Routing "Route to: Operator - User name" is not saved
Currently using PEGA Infinity. Concerning "Collect information" steps in a "Child case".
When adding routing information to the collect information steps there seems to be an issue with saving specific user name info. Other dropdown options can be saved successfully, as they are supposed to.
So, after choosing the "Route to: Operator - User name", you fill in a operator id. Of course, using the autocomplete. Upon saving the step, the user name field appears blank. Thus, the user name selected is not saved correctly. This occurs at the "edit case type" level as well as the "Edit Flow" level.
We experience the same issue (even more strange: for some operators we can add the operator name and save it, but then it seems to disappear suddenly). A good workaround that we found is to make it a "custom" router, select Worklist from the available options, and enter the OperatorID there.
