Sample Question CSA

Hi, I saw a sample question in website. Which two requirements demonstrate the need to configure correspondence?

1) Fax a new claim to the repair shop. 2)Assign a new claim to a case worker to process. 3) Text the customer with status changes in an insurance claim. 4)Phone a customer for additional information about the claim.
