Hi, I have a requirement to read the subject of a currently open email or selected email in outlook and save the email as a .msg file in one of the local folders of the system. I could not find any method in the outlook connector to recognize the open email and save the same. Can anyone help me how achieve this?
Hi Jayachandrak, I am aware of how I can save the latest email, but how do I detect the email that is open or selected? the user might have any email open in outlook, and I want to read the subject of the currently open email.

Pega Robotics doesn't support interacting with Outlook as an application; only via the connector. The connector can monitor a specific folder though (Inbox for example). It will fire an event MailOpened that you could extract a proxy from to save the mail when it is initially opened. After that though, you'll have a hard time determining which email they are working on. The limitation here is that this will only monitor a single folder.
