Saving Operator record input field (Operator ID) unavailable
When I use "Save As" option for Operator ID record input field "Operator ID" are unavailable. I can't create new record because this field marked as Required and by default it's value set to original Operator ID record thats why when I press on "Create and open" button the system generate an error "This instance already exist". I thought that it could be the system failure and our administrators rebooted all servers but this error wasn't resolved. You can see attached screenshot. What I need to do now?
"Does the issue only occur in a particular environment?" - Yes, it happens in a specific environment. The big problem is that this is a production environment. In comparison with the test environment, everything is absolutely the same. Only OOTB functionality.

If you've compared the configurations for OOTB Administrator from working environment to non-working environment and found them identical, then probably you should raise a support request to get this worked.
