Scheduling and Calendering Capability in Pega

We have a requirement that customers/claimants to schedule calls with  customer support staff by linking with support staff Microsoft Calendar through Pega portal.

Any insight or best  solutions that how Pega has been leveraged to address this for any of the clients in the industry who are using Pega.
