Scheduling service is not taking Runtime credentials from Credmgr and login and it keeps prompting Enter RPA Credentials
Can someone please help us. We are facing an issue with RPA runtime client setup with scheduling service. Even after setting the runtime credentials in credmgr, when scheduling service launch runtime, it is not loading runtime credentials automatically and it keeps prompting "Enter RPA credentials" and we don't have read write access to the service ID session to enter the credentials in test and prod. We raised an SR(SR-C42021) and their response was we have to either enter the credentials manually in the pop up or implement Kerbos authentication and both are not an option as per the client and they were expecting the credentials to be loaded from Credmgr.exe.
Please find attached screenshots, config and log files.

We think that entering the credentials once when first setting up a bot is a perfectly reasonable solution. After the initial login, an encrypted file is created in the %appdata%\OpenSpan folder that will automatically login on all subsequent logins. This file can be moved from machine to machine. So an alternative might be... when you first setup the bot on the machine, you additionally "install" this file.
