Some of the screens are not looking properly in mobile view under pega 8.4.2 platform-Theme cosmos. Can anybody tell me the approach to fix responsiveness issue in mobile view?
For example sometimes the left navigation is coming left side of the application and sometimes the navigation is coming on the bottom of the mobile view.Is it possible to fix the navigation at the bottom side in the mobile view always?

By any chance, have you adjusted the Layout configuration of the OOTB UserPortal in Channels and Interfaces? If so, this is actually not supported in Cosmos-UI and will cause some styling issues specifically with the navigations. This is a known issue which will be addressed in a future release.
If you did a change like this, try looking up the UserPortal harness rule in your application ruleset and delete this. This will cause Pega to revert to using the OOTB UserPortal from the Theme-Cosmos ruleset.
Best practices for making customizations in cosmos can be found here:
If you have a UserPortal harness version in your ruleset, make sure you have the Circumstanced version ( pxRequestorType.pxDeviceType = phone) as well. This circumstanced version contains the navigation on the bottom for example.
When updating the User Portal, it appears that Pega can save the UserPortal harness in your ruleset (MyApp:X-X-X) ...
but it does not save the Circumstanced version ( pxRequestorType.pxDeviceType = phone).
You should remove any UserPortal harness rule in your custom rulesets and make sure the standard ootb Pega rules is resolved.
