Section does not show in Chat window using question rule


I am trying to build a web chat bot. I have configured the channel interface and trying to create a case against a specific command. Inside the case type, I have configured a question rule. In the question rule I am trying to display a section, to represent the question.

While testing, when I typed the specific command from the chat window, the section name is getting responded, instead of the actual section content. But, when I am using Plain Text/Rich Text inside the question rule, it is working fine.

Can anyone please help me, display the section rule content in chat window, if I am missing any configuration. To add to a note, when I am running the case type manually, The section rule is getting loaded properly, only issue in loading inside chat window. Please help.
