Security is not working when we create or update an operator

Hello,

When we create a new operator or change the access group of an existing one, the security on Opportunities, Accounts, Organizations, etc.. no longer works.

They are unable to see the records. Even when we give them access to global territory.

Please note that the security is still working perfectly on the other existing operators.

Can someone please assist?
