Sending email notification on click of customized button

This time I have a requirment where I need to send email notification on click of a customized button in a screen. My open question is what is the easiest method to design it?

Thanks for your quick response. In context of the current requirment I am working on I have one question:---
In the Parameter To ie the recipient field of the email I have to give multiple email IDs pulled from treen diffent properties. Is that feasible. If yes please let me know how.
pass the parmater with multiple email id as comma separated .
eg emailid1@gmail.com,emailid2@gmail.com
My requirment is a bit different.I have three properties like XName, YName and ZName. All these properties are present in clipboard. I have to send the email to those person whose names are mentioned as values to these properties in clipboard. What to do in that case?

Can you try appending the properties as Xname + "," + YName + "," + ZName and pass onto the "To" param for the activity.

Considering functional email account is created .On click of button ..try using ootb activity
sendsimpleemail with necessary parameters.
